User Agreement

We do not set limits on the amount of disk space provided with our shared hosting and reseller hosting plan. We believe our clients should have all the resources necessary to build a great online presence and 99.99% of customers will have more than enough disk space and bandwidth to meet their needs. Please note that providing free hosting, running a image hosting portal or any other file hosting portal, Large Disk websites may cause that we contact you to upgrade to a VPS package! We will NEVER suspend your account without a notice like some other hosts do!

Suspended accounts:

We keep suspended accounts for 10 days on the server. After the day 10 accounts are getting terminated

Free Domain, Dedicated IP & other free features:

Are offered on all yearly+ plans. You have to request those features on the first 30 days from the account creation. Due to our billing system no free features are offered after the 30 days

Extra Features

Malware Removal Service (main site only once), Migration/Restore Assistance, AdWords Credit, Domain Reseller Account and other extra features that ARYHOST.com offers, will be available only for yearly purchased Products. When a client pays month to month, those Features will be available after 12 months. When a yearly payment was made and the client requires one or all Extra Features, will not be able to receive a refund (7 Day after the purchase) after he/she get’s one or all Extra Features

DDoS Protection:

ARYHOST.com offers a free Unlimited DDoS Protection to all Clients 1 month. If for any reason your Project attracts daily DDoS attacks, we have the right to disable your account and to ask you for a report that what you are hosting that you attract the large number of the attacks. We will enable again your account if you provide us with information regarding the attacks. If you ignore our mails/tickets, your account will be disabled until you answer our questions

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARYHOST.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from ARYHOST.com servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, ARYHOST.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of ARYHOST.com servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service

Identity Verification

We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you may have been selected randomly. Please provide the requested information at your earliest convenience to ensure that your account is set up as soon as possible.

DISCLAIMER

ARYHOST.com cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by ARYHOST.com are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by ARYHOST.com are not directly owned or written by. Moreover, ARYHOST.com holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as ARYHOST.com sees fit. ARYHOST.com retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification

Money Back Guarantee

If an account with a 7 day money-back guarantee is purchased and canceled within 7 days of sign up, the Customer will, upon request, receive a full refund of all hosting fees. Requests for these refunds should be made through our Billing Team. Refunds made for a 7 day money-back guarantee will not include domain registration fees, setup fees, license fees, or any fees for additional services that are purchased in the first 7 days. The Money Back Guarantee applies to new clients only. Spammers, Hackers and other clients that try to do illegal things will not be refunded. ARYHOST.com Uptime Guarantee: strives to maintain a 99.9% network and server up time service level. This up time percentage is a monthly figure, and is calculated solely by ARYHOST.com monitoring systems or ARYHOST.com authorized/contracted outside monitoring services. If ARYHOST.com fails to meet its 99.9% up time guarantee, and it is not due to one of the exceptions below, credits will be made available to each client, upon request, on a case by case basis. ARYHOST.com does not credit a full month’s service for minor downtime. This would not be financially healthy for ARYHOST.com, and in turn would only negatively affect the service level ARYHOST.com provides to you. “Partial refunds for partial downtime” is our standard policy. In extreme circumstances, ARYHOST.com may distribute full month credits, but this is dealt with on a case by case basis. Credits are issued for one month service only
